Disclosures and Agreements

By clicking below, I understand that I am agreeing to the following disclosures and agreements.
Please check the box next to each statement to agree to the disclosures: REQUIRED I understand that my teen must be a registered member of the St. Rita Youth Group in order to reserve one of the limited spots for Covecrest. I understand that my teen is not guaranteed a spot until they are fully registered for St. Rita Youth Group. (You may register your child for youth group anytime by visiting www.strita.org under the "Learn and Grow" tab.) I understand that every registered camper is required to attend a minimum of ten (8) Sunday night youth group gatherings before May 1, 2026. I understand that my deposit of $200.00 is nonrefundable and that my child's camp registration is not complete until the deposit has been received by the church office. I understand that payments towards my teen's camp tuition are due according to the payment schedule provided. The camp tuition amount of $1,000.00 is due in full no later than May 1, 2026. I understand that 50% of all camp tuition (not including the nonrefundable deposit) is nonrefundable after May 1, 2026. I understand that all camp tuition paid is nonrefundable after June 1, 2026.
